- The buyer pays the listed sale price, not an additional platform surcharge. DrawVerse retains 10% of that price and the seller receives 90%.
- Gifts and free transfers have a $0.00 platform fee and $0.00 seller proceeds.
- Ownership means control of the plot within DrawVerse.
- DrawVerse does not use blockchain, crypto, wallets, tokens, or a legal inheritance system; estate arrangements remain the owner’s responsibility.
